I've played through this a few times, now. Admittedly it was rather fun! it's a small environment, but it's busy and challenging and you get the planned intention immediately. For a learning game, very well done! Styled and plays in a fun way!

As for a couple small constructive critiques, very minor things.

Camera:
The camera turning was a little slow, and the lack of vertical motion felt restricting. Also, if you could move the camera around while the ball was in flight from a previous shot, it would make for smoother game play. The feeling of being able to prepare or stay aware of your surroundings lends itself into a more engaging and strategic play, and that makes the replayability higher.
There's also a little confusing bit where the wall disappears when youre viewing behind the wall, but the Houses around the map don't, and it causes the screen to go black.

Game Play:
Game play itself was simple, but it was rather fun! I played through this a few times, always getting rekt by frogs and gnomes. The only thing I missed in game was maybe a description of the power ups when I hovered my mouse over them. I could guess by using them, but it would feel complete with a small description when hovering over the choices.  Graphics, physics, style, and gameplay felt great! A few more satisfying sound effects when the ball hit the gnomes and frogs would have felt amazing, but it wsn't needed to play it effectively.

Overall, great start! Great fun for simple concept, and I really wanna grind and see how far I can get!

The concept of this game is really interesting and creative. I like the idea of a golf ball destroying everything in it's path, however there are some things that made the game a bit stale.

Game play is one of them there are two enemies, 5 power ups and one map it would be really fun if there was more to it, another thing I didn't really like is the camera it's really wonky and just doesn't feel right plus you can't move the camera when you shoot the golf ball :(

My last thingy was that there isn't really an indicator of losing a life it just goes down most of the time I didn't realize that I was on one heart, so an indicator would be nice.

Even with these things the game was really creative and I think it can be a really good game it has the potential.

very fun concept, love the powerups, and the movement can be really fun and statisfying.

however,
the camera controls are extremely annoying, the fact that your camera only goes left and right and you cannot move the camera during flying makes the game very clunky at times

overall very good for the price tag of 0,00€

GnomeSmash is an absolute delight. As a golf ball, your mission is to protect a charming garden from waves of gnomes and frogs. The gameplay is intuitive and highly addictive, with simple controls that make it easy to aim and launch the golf ball to knock out enemies.

The power-ups are a highlight, chaining these power-ups into combos is incredibly satisfying and adds a layer of strategy that keeps the game fresh and exciting.

Visually, the game is a treat, with vibrant and whimsical garden settings. The character designs for the gnomes and frog things are funny, making every encounter enjoyable.

Overall, GnomeSmash is a must-play. Its unique concept, engaging mechanics, and charming visuals make it a standout game that's perfect for quick sessions.
Highly recommended!

It's a really fun, And creative game! I like the designs of the enemies. I love the abilities, and the environment also looks nice.

I for sure wasn't expecting for a wave defense game where you play as a golfball and have to smash garden gnomes and frogs to survive. And the idea of having these goofy little abilities to help you take down the waves is also really fun! The envirement fits nicely into the gameplay, since you have to think about where you shoot. One wrong shot and you're in between a bunch of rocks and it becomes twice as hard to destroy them. It's also really funny to just randomly start bouncing all over the place. It's also a pretty challenging game if you're on later waves. So in general i'd say it's a pretty fun game.
